These Energizing 60 minute classes are designed to encourage movement and flow of blood and oxygen throughout the body. You will warm the spine, open the major joint systems of the body, stretch out the stiffness in the body as well as the mind!!! Expect to move, expect to sweat and EXPECT to leave PREPARED for a WONDERFUL day!!!
