CLASS IN ENGLISH
This is the gentle Yoga class you want to take if you are new to Yoga, if you are recovering, if you feel fatigued, when you have your periods, or when you simply want to practice in a very nice and gentle way. Expect gentle movements, soothing breathing and relaxation; in short, a bit of sweetness to kick off your week-end with self-kindness.
