Gentle Yoga Flow
Inspired from a Vinyasa, this Yoga class offers a gentle flow, at a slower pace, with less intense poses, and with time to feel the poses and synch with your breath. It is a great way to start your day, balancing your nervous system and grounding your body and mind. It is suitable for all levels, whether because enjoy a slower pace and the gentleness of the practice, or because you are starting your Yoga practice and want to focus on more accessible poses first. Modifications can be given for prenatal or post injuries, make sure you tell Vanille, the instructor on this class
