QiGong is an ancient holistic Chinese system that stand on the 3 pillars of 1. physical movement, 2. breath, and 3. intention (mind). The physical aspect of the moves are simple, but the depth of the movements make it challenging. The practice improves coordination, creates peace of mind, opens (and eases) the breath, and activates the whole body, feeling heavier (grounded) and lighter (calm nervous system) at the same time.
