This 2hrs Yoga workshop will include a gentle Yin Yoga practice as well as guided meditations and relaxing breathing techniques. It is the second part of a series of 2 workshops on the theme of Yoga Chakras (the first one was held on October 8th). You are very welcome to attend this workshop even if you could not attend the first one.
The focus of this workshop is to understand how to use the Yoga chakras as a path towards healing. This workshop will be centered around techniques from both Yoga and mindfulness. It is a very sweet and soothing masterclass on how to use those practices to heal our past wounds, move past our former blockages and transcend our fears, doubts and self-imposed limitations to reconnect with ourselves and recognize our true inner worth ❤️
