This 2hrs Yoga workshop will include a gentle Yin Yoga practice as well as guided meditations and relaxing breathing techniques. The focus of this workshop is to discover your current energetical imprint and how to use the understanding of the Yoga chakras to add a more profound and spiritual layer to your Yoga practice (and your daily life). The chakras are nothing more and nothing less than the internal mapping of our energy, strenght and sensitivities. Identifying what is potentially holding us back is with no doubt the first step in empowering us towards more freedom and wellbeing. It is time to discover where you stand and unveil the next steps in your path for growth and self-realisation ❤️
It is the first part of a series of 2 workshops on the theme of Yoga Chakras (the second one will take place on October 22nd). The two workshops can be attended separately, even though you will make the most of it by attending both.
