Hatha is a traditional yoga practice to enhance a holistic health of body and mind. Suitable for all levels, the pace is generally slow (slower than a Vinyasa Flow) so you have time to settle and breathe in each pose. Be ready for a gentle whole-body stretch and toning, while giving the head a chance to soothe and calm down.
